Dr. Judy Rowland, DDS
In 1983, Dr. Judy Rowland graduated cum laude from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then received her DDS from Indiana University of School of Dentistry in 1987.
Dr. David Rowland, DDS
Dr. David Rowland has a Bachelor of Science degree, which he earned at Indiana University in 1984. In 1988, Dr. David received his DDS from Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Both Dr. Judy and Dr. David are members of the West Coast Dental Association, American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Pinellas Dental Association. Our doctors are also active members of Oakhurst United Methodist Church. They enjoy spending time with their son, Brack. In addition, they enjoy an active lifestyle that includes participation in triathlon and ultra-marathons. Dr. Judy is a violinist with the Tampa Bay Symphony, and they are very passionate about the performing arts.

Dental Hygienists
Ginger Sneed
Ginger started with the practice in 2014. She is a graduate of St. Petersburg College’s Dental Hygiene program and has experience at dental front desk. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She comes from a very large family is number 30 of 38 and is a distant cousin twice removed with the Duggar family.
Crystal Rogers
Born and raised in Clearwater, Crystal graduated from SPC’s Dental Hygiene program in 2009. She believes in providing long term education on prevention, disease, and health management. Crystal has been with the practice since 2017 and enjoys being part of such an exceptional team! When she isn’t at work, she enjoys watching her children play sports, going to the beach, and relaxing.
Dental Assistants
Kelly Noonan
In 1999, Kelly joined the staff at Rowland Family Dentistry. She has more than 30 years of experience in the field, as well as extensive dental training. Kelly received her degree from Northern Essex Community College and her certification from the University of Florida. She enjoys spending time with her husband Kevin. Together they like fishing, riding their Harley and the V.I.P. on Treasure Island. Kelly is learning ventriloquism and plans on auditioning for America’s Got Talent.
Jo Ballone
Jo first began working at our dentist office in 2001 and then again in 2008. Jo a previous sister wife has over 30 years of experience in the dental field. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Lou, and her grandchildren. Jo also enjoys riding her bike and spending time at the beach. You can find Jo on the beaches of Pinellas County using her metal detector searching for treasure or the lost gold teeth of our tourist.
Natella Mouradian
Hello, my name is Natella. I was born in Russia, speak Armenian, Russian, and English (sometimes). I enjoy moonlight strolls on the beach, red roses by the armful, and participation dances…
I am just kidding, I am none of those things 🙂 my friends call me “artsy-fartsy” Enjoying my side business of interior design. I’m married, Have 2 kids and 1 furry animal his name is Tito 🙂 I love traveling all over the world, listen to music. Music is a big part of our household! It strengthens my spirits, gives me a reason to believe, most importantly joins family together. 🙂
I am also involved in St. Hagop Armenian church as a vice-chair and been a member since 2003.
I joined Rowland dentistry in January 2020 and have been in dentistry since 1997.

Ginger joined our team in 2018. She has 30+ years of Front office experience. Ginger has a degree in Human Services. She enjoys spending her time with her husband, Doug, and Grandson. They love to go kayaking, bike riding, and swimming.
